He joined Northwestern Mutual in 1992 following a 20-year career in commercial banking and executive financial management. He was promoted to Director of Agency Development in 1994, then assumed Managing Director responsibilities for The Fairfax Group in 1997.The agency has earned numerous awards from Northwestern Mutual including a 2nd place-Achievement Award (2000, 2004). The Achievement Awards represent the highest recognition given to a district network office for outstanding overall performance. Mike participates in a number of industry organizations and has earned his CLU and ChFC professional designations.
